Unable to Import Licenses
Unable to Import Licenses
Occasionally when importing licenses, for G-Core/G-Sim the .slk file is unable to be imported. In many cases this can be resolved using the following solutions:
1. Check the licenses did not import. In some cases, this error shows after a timeout, but the licenses may have loaded regardless. You may need to re-establish the connection to G-Set/Management Console.
2. Use the G-Core SAM webpage to import the .slk () This will work for G-Core, G-Sim and G-Health v3.
3. Check the filepath of the .slk file. Ensure there are no spaces or irregular characters in the path and the .slk is on the C:\ Drive. If fakepath is shown, you will have to manually input the filepath. The screenshot below shows the fakepath error and on the right is a valid filepath.
4. Restart the G-Core/G-Sim Server and G-Core SAM services, the services may take a minute or so to completely restart.

While the G-Core/G-Sim services are restarting, the connected mediachannels will not be able to be viewed in G-View/Operator Console and in the case of G-Core, will not be recording.
5. Restart the Server holding the dongle you are trying to import the .slk.
