Viewing Video:
Live View
Click Cameras Tab on right > Use Search Bar or Filter to narrow Cameras in list > Click and Drag Camera from the list into a Viewer
Playback controls
Go to date/time
- Click box with Time and Date
- Change Values to desired
- Press Enter key
Scrubbing
- Adjust Time Resolution using black handles
- Click + Drag Timeline OR Click + Drag grey section (labelled above with 1min)
Viewer Controls
PTZ
- Click PTZ Icon in top-left of viewer
- Click and drag to pan/tilt
- Scroll-wheel controls zoom
- When finished, click PTZ Icon again to turn off control
Double-click to maximise > Double-click to restore
X in top-right clears Viewer
- See Situational Awareness for Clear All
Exporting Video
GBF retains event data + faster to export + space efficient + tamper-proof
Quick Export (GBF or MPEG)
- Display Cameras to be Exported on ScreenClick Quick Export on top toolbar
- Select Cameras using checkboxes
- Click Time Range button
- Select Duration and enter a time OR Date and enter a starting and finishing time
- Click Apply
- Select Destination Folder
- Enter File Name
- Click Export
Cut Lists (MP4, MPEG4CCTV/H.264 raw)

Situational Awareness
Sites & Maps
Viewing a Map
- Click Sites tab on right
- Click and drag Site (Map) to view into Viewer
Using a Map
- Click Hotsposts to navigate to other Maps
- Click and drag Camera icons or label to empty Viewer to view
Alarms
Processing Alarms
- Click Alarms tab on right
- Click an Alarm
- Click Take and View
- Review Alarm
- Fill details if requried
- Click Complete
Templates and Favourite Layouts
Swich Viewer Template + Create Favourite Layouts
- Click the Template button on the top toolbar
- Select desired Template to Apply it
- Drag desired cameras into Viewers
- Click the Favourite Layouts tab
- Click Save Current Layout as a Favourite
Clear all Viewers of cameras
- Click the Template button the top toolbar
- Click the X icon
Investigations
Process Data Search
- Click Process Data tab on right
- Click Filter button
- Use Checkbox to select Analytic to search
- Set time
- Enter search query
- Click Ok
Cut Lists
- Creation
- Click Cut Lists tab on right
- Click New Cut-List button
- Select Event Type from dropdown list, enter notes, edit name, if rqeuired
- Use Section Start/End and playback buttons to set section of interest
- Drag and drop camera from Viewer into created Cut List to add entry
- Repeat for additional Cameras/entries
- Click Edit button to exit Edit mode
- Export
- Select Cut List to be exported
- Click Export button
- Select destination folder
- Enter file name and required options
- Click Export
